Founded in 1927, the Polanie Club was formed to celebrate the language, traditions, customs and ideals of our Polish ancestors, their music, literature and arts; to foster in Americans of Polish descent a consciousness and pride in their heritage; to spread the knowledge of Polish culture to all interested persons; and to encourage higher education among people of Polish descent.
